Liability
Once our equipment is set up, we accept no liability for personal injuries, accidents or loss of property.
Safety policy
Our job is to bring joy to the kids with our sleepover set up. With that being said, we ask that you provide adult supervision if they will be in the room during a glamping setup. This is to keep everyone safe while things are moving.
The beds used are inflatable air mattresses. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission advises adults to NEVER let a child under 18 months sleeping on the air mattress.
Cancellation policy
Your $100 party deposit fee is non- refundable. Once the party is secured your remaining party balance must be paid in full no less than 7 days prior to your party date. If the party is not paid by this time, your party may be subject to cancellation without refund. We do not offer refunds per bed in the event a party guest cancels. We understand life happens and are happy to reschedule your party to another available date.
Once the party date requested is confirmed, the party will be secured with a $100 non- refundable deposit.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
- Pick your date and your theme by filling out the form
- We will confirm your date, times and themes are available and go over any special details you might have through email or phone call. An invoice will be sent for the $100 required deposit to secure your party.
- 1 week prior to your party I will contact you to reconfirm and agree on the drop off and pick up times. An invoice will be sent to cover your remaining balance.
How long does it take?
Drop off time is 10 am (unless special arrangements are agreed upon). Set up can take anywhere from 45-90 minutes depending on your party size. Pick up will be 10 am the following day and can take 30-60 minutes.
How long is my rental for?
Each rental is for 24 hours
What if I need to accommodate more than 8 people?
At this time we are set up for a maximum of 8 guests however if you are needing to accommodate more please reach out via email and we will be happy to see if we can make it happen!
What type of payments are accepted?
You will receive two invoices from Quickbooks to your email. The $100 deposit on the date of booking and the remaining balance 1 week prior to your party.
How much space do I need for a party?
Each sleepover tent and mattress take up 38″x75″ space. The mattresses are your standard twin size. We can get creative with the bed placement.
How to prepare:
Please clear the room you want your glamping site set up in prior to our arrival. We are not responsible to help move furniture to clear the space.

Can I mix themes?
Have a sibling that wants to join in the fun but does not like the theme? Feel free to mix and match! Let us know how many of each theme you need.
